we don't make an effort to see things in a better light. When constantly seeing

things negatively everything can just seem horrible or bad. We can start to

become depressed or anxious because of our negative thoughts.

Thankfully we have the power to change our thoughts. It's not easy and it

does take work. We've become accustomed to thinking negatively for so long

it's a habit. But like anything, over time we can learn to think more positive.
